Process

Feed water passes through a filter bed of AFM media, installed in the same configuration as a conventional sand filter, with no modification to the filter vessel required. As water flows through the engineered granular bed, the media mechanically filters particulates down to 1 micron and adsorbs fine particles, heavy metals, and metalloids such as arsenic on its engineered surface.
